the-absolute-funniest-posts: funny-pictures-uk: Nobody wants them!! Following this blog may be the greatest thing you have ever done Seriously though, why do phonebooks still exist like this? And why are they free? What kind of silly companies are wasting their advertising budgets this way? Who gets paid to deliver these things? I don’t know anyone with a phone book, so where do these giant piles of phonebooks go when they disappear a few days after delivery? Next time I see a pile I’m taking them all….to a recycling bin. Or maybe I’ll use them to build something equally useless, like a paper-mache pay phone.

Seriously though, why do phonebooks still exist like this? And why are they free? What kind of silly companies are wasting their advertising budgets this way? Who gets paid to deliver these things?
